A technology- based platform with the ability to identify, develop, expose, build capacity and commercialize different talents from across the country.
Specific objectives:
- To discover different talents from across the country.
- To bridge the gap between talent, trainers, creatives and the market.
- To help in the creation of national academies for nurturing young talent.
- To create a database of talented youth which will ease the selection of the best to represent our nation globally in different disciplines.
- To help in improvement of Kenya’s sports and arts competition ranking in the world.
- To create a brand for our talents in local and global markets.
- To diversify Kenya’s talent pool.
- To eradicate poverty through creation of employment and commercialization of talent and creativity.
- To improve our economy through talent commercialization, employment and remittances from international and local based talent exploration.
- To create new market opportunities through ecommerce on the platform.
- To facilitate knowledge management and democratisation of information sharing with the public.
